How can I change the email address on the account?

You can change the email address that you used to access your TokBox account from your profile. Once you have changed, you will need to validate the ownership of the new email address. Follow these steps to complete the changes:

1- Start by login to the TokBox account.

2- In the top right corner, select "My Account" and then click on "Profile & Billing"

3- Click on the pencil icon in the top right corner of the "Contact Info" section

4- Enter your new email address and press "Update"

5- An email will be sent to the new email address. Search for the subject "Confirmation Instructions"

6- Click on "Confirm new email"

From now on, use the new email address to access your TokBox account. The previous account will not work any more.
