Chrome 50 Publishing Error: April Patch Release (3/16)

We are currently aware of a publishing bug due to a codec change in Chrome 50 (which as of today, March 16th, has moved to the beta release channel for Windows, Mac, and Linux).

The Chrome 50 error that results from this bug looks like this in the web console:

subscribe_processor.js:23
Error while setting LocalDescription
subscribe_processor.js:24
DOMException: Failed to set local offer sdp: Session error code: ERROR_CONTENT. Session error description: Failed to set local video description recv parameters..
peer_connection.js:362
subscribeProcessor Error while setting LocalDescription: OperationError: Failed to set local offer sdp: Session error code: ERROR_CONTENT. Session error description: Failed to set local video description recv parameters..
ot_error.js:341
OT.exception :: title: Unable to Publish (1500) msg: OT.Publisher PeerConnection Error: subscribeProcessor Error while setting LocalDescription: OperationError: Failed to set local offer sdp: Session error code: ERROR_CONTENT. Session error description: Failed to set local video description recv parameters..
handle.js:1044
1500 "Session.publish :: SetLocalDescription:Publisher PeerConnection with connection symphony.mantis###-sjc.tokbox.com failed: subscribeProcessor Error while setting LocalDescription: OperationError: Failed to set local offer sdp: Session error code: ERROR_CONTENT. Session error description: Failed to set local video description recv parameters.."
index.js:268
OT.Publisher State Change Failed:  'PublishingToSession' cannot transition to 'MediaBound'

We are looking to push the fix for this to production in early April. We are aware that Google's official timeline for Chrome 50 to move to the stable channel is April 19th, and will have the fix out before that.
