How do I know that my Callback URL is working?

When the Callback URL is configured in the Vonage Video API account portal, it will be tested by the platform, which will perform a HTTP POST on the URL using an empty message body. If the POST call is successful, the Callback URL will be stored, and event forwarding will be enabled. If the POST fails, then the Callback URL is not stored, and event forwarding is not enabled.
