Separate logins for account portal and support

What are my credentials for your support site?

Why can't I access my support tickets?

Answer:

TokBox customers are able to create support requests, view Frequently Asked Questions, and review their existing support requests on support.tokbox.com.

Separate credentials need to be used to access our account portal at https://tokbox.com/account/ and this help site. Login access to support.tokbox.com is not possible using your TokBox account credentials.

If you used your account portal credentials to access support resources in the past, you will need to perform a password reset at support.tokbox.com to receive a password reset link (to the email address associated with your support account).
