When an attempt to charge your credit card fails, we will notify your Vonage Video API account admin via email. Following the first failure, we will attempt to charge the card two more times.
Vonage Video API Payment failure emails are crucial and must not be ignored.
Payments are attempted every 96 hours from the time you have received the payment failure notification for the same credit card information. Payment will be processed at 11:00 PM UTC for new credit card information. Customers are advised to update their new credit card details before this time for the payment to be processed. Otherwise, they would have to wait until the next day to process the payment.
Access to your Vonage Video API account and API service will be disabled if the payment fails on the third attempt.
To avoid disruption to your service, log into the Vonage Video API Account and update your payment information before the third attempt fails.
