How to Access the Live Chat with Support Agent

Accessing the live chat with the Support team.

Procedure

  1. Log in to your Vonage Video API account.
  2. Hover over Help.

  3. Select Find Answers.

  4. On the bottom right corner of the page, click Help.

  5. In the chat window, click Get in touch.

  6. Select Live chat and an available support agent will help you.
